Job Description



  • Lead and manage the overall IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across on-premises and cloud environments.


  • Oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of AWS infrastructure, with an added advantage for candidates experienced in multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure, GCP).


  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions that enable seamless integration with custom data gathering and reporting tools, supporting analytics, insights, and compliance functions.


  • Collaborate with compliance and security teams to align infrastructure design with regulatory requirements.


  • Establish and enforce IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures.


  • Provide support for internal and external IT audits, ensuring systems meet compliance and operational standards.


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing infrastructure team.


  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and system resilience.


  • Drive innovation and efficiency by implementing best practices and emerging technologies in infrastructure management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, with proven leadership experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge of AWS is a mandatory requirement.
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to design infrastructure that supports custom-built data platforms and reporting tools.
  • Background in fast-paced, highly regulated industries such as gaming, fintech, or regulatory sectors is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the development of IT policies and support for IT audit processes is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, CISA) are an added benefit.
