Job Description



  • Manage and deliver software development projects from planning to deployment, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.


  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.


  • Track and manage project progress using tools like Jira and Confluence.


  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure Agile best practices are followed.


  • Identify project risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.


  • Coordinate resource allocation and monitor team performance to ensure efficient execution.


  • Communicate project updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant



  • At least 6 years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record in the fintech or financial services industry.


  • Strong technical foundation in software development, particularly in PHP and Laravel frameworks.


  • Solid experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.


  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with effective people management and stakeholder communication skills.


  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).


  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.


  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple ongoing projects.
