Job Description

  • Lead and manage the daily delivery of IT services, ensuring reliability and security.
  • Oversee and support end-user computing (EUC) and service desk teams across the UK and Manila.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance their performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT services with business needs.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with IT service management policies and best practices.
  • Analyze and resolve service delivery issues efficiently.
  • Generate detailed reports on service performance and present recommendations for optimization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Service Delivery Manager should have:

  • A solid background in IT service delivery within the financial services industry.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams across different locations.
  • Strong knowledge of end-user computing and service desk operations.
  • Experience in implementing IT service management frameworks and processes.
