Job Description

About the IT Development Lead:

The IT Development Lead you will demonstrate a strong, in-depth development understanding of the financial domain specifically on retail lending, credit card or other Fintech services, e.g., core banking，credit card, digital banking, sales and marketing, unsecured lending, etc.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide guidance to application delivery teams, fully leverage the benefits of cloud technology.
  • Support business team with customer engagement.
  • Defining and implementing an architecture for a wide range of complex applications in line with industry best practices and enterprise architecture guidelines.
  • Hands-on building and delivery of cloud solutions and application migrations.
  • Building & maintain CI/CD pipelines and Test automation framework.

The Successful Applicant

The successful IT Development Lead should have an intense curiosity to go beneath the surface of a phenomenon to find the questions at its heart and be able to distill those questions into a clear set of testable hypotheses. You should be a results-driven self-starter and fast-learner and have demonstrated success in using analytic to drive impactful research.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Deep understanding of Java programming language, JDK, JVM.
  • Experience in another programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, GoLang or Ruby, etc.
  • Experience in Front End Frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
  • Experience with SQL Database, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Experience in hosting, integration, storage, networks, and automation engineering
