The Key Account Manager to lead and expand partnerships across major brick-and-mortar retail channels nationwide. This role will focus on strengthening relationships with key retail accounts, driving in-store performance, and ensuring strong execution at the point of sale. You will work closely with local distribution partners and internal stakeholders to align commercial strategy with on-ground execution.

Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in offline sales, key account management, or retail channel management within consumer electronics or home appliances
  • Experience handling large-format retail chains or modern trade accounts is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising standards, inventory management, and in-store activations
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to operate independently
  • Strong English communication skills; additional local language proficiency is an advantage
