Our client is an innovative multinational eCommerce company currently expanding their retail and consumer goods businesses to offer more services.

Job Description

The main responsibilities of the Key Accounts Manager:

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
Act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partners in answering high severity requests or issue escalations when necessary
Find and secure new key partnerships across the country
Regular communication with partners.

Activate set of services to facilitate portfolio & revenue growth; meet or exceed goals for account retention, development and maintenance

Forecast and track key account metrics
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partners' needs and objectives
To liaise with internal departments, collect and consolidate users' requirements and coordinate with the service provider to fulfill company's needs

The Successful Applicant

At least 4 years solid experience in sales- account management role in FMCG or E-commerce industries
Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partners' needs
Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Experience in grocery business is a plus
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to analyse and draw inference from data
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partners' needs
Knowledge in MS office and G Suite
Bonus- knowledge in the use of Salesforce

Can work under pressure; assertive, hands-on, dynamic and with a strong drive;
Self-motivated and get-it-done attitude
