Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end transition and transformation workstreams, ensuring scope, deliverable, and success metrics are met.
  • Conduct due diligence and process mining; design future-state processes and Target Operating Models with built-in compliance.
  • Own and execute Knowledge Transfer strategies, including certification plans and LMS content oversight.
  • Manage hyper-care and stabilization phases; define defect triage, response times, and KPI targets.
  • Establish governance cadence and reporting (SteerCo decks, health indicators, benefits tracking).Lead risk and issue management using RACI and RAID frameworks.
  • Coordinate with architecture, applications, and reporting teams on tooling, access, and data migration.
  • Mentor experts; review deliverable for completeness and control; coach on facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and healthcare regulations; maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Support additional duties aligned with organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Project Manager should:

  • Bring at least 5 years of experience leading work transition management or transformation projects within global or shared services environments.
  • Demonstrates strong functional capabilities in program leadership, Target Operating Model design, governance setup, and knowledge transfer execution.
  • Exhibits advanced interpersonal strengths including stakeholder influence, executive-level communication, analytical prioritization, and a coaching mindset.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards in data privacy, information security, and healthcare.
  • Has proven experience in cross-functional transitions
