Job Description

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Guide teams to effectively apply Agile principles and practices in project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and ensure team productivity.
  • Monitor and report team progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to team members on Agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Promote transparency and accountability across teams in the healthcare technology projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Scrum Master should have:

  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in a Scrum framework.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its technology landscape.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and removing impediments for teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Formal Agile certification is an advantage.
