  • Oversee global Financial Crime training operations, focusing on onboarding, certifications, and continuous learning.
  • Develop training content and materials using cutting-edge methods for global delivery.
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure uniform training standards.
  • Drive innovation in learning methodologies and align solutions with organizational needs.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong expertise in Financial Crime, AML, and CDD processes; certifications in AML/KYC are a plus.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development or leading training teams in an operational setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a strong focus on results and collaboration.
