About Our Client

The client is a leading US-based health care staffing company with a growing Shared Services operations in the Philippines. They have a dynamic HR team and invests in innovation to make HR operations efficient and sustainable.

Job Description

  • Responsible for creating and improving Learning and Development initiatives that will cater to the needs of local and USA-based employees.
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine gaps in skills of employees.
  • Design course content for a variety of topics.
  • Facilitate training and evaluation for employees.

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course.
  • With at least 5-10 years experience in end-to-end Learning and Development.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years leadership experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.
  • Must be amenable to working on a night shift with a hybrid work arrangement.
