Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create engaging training programs and materials for employees at various levels.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make improvements as needed.
  • Oversee the administration of learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ensure compliance with retail industry regulations and standards in all training programs.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize training outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Human Resources team on talent development projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Learning & Development Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in learning and development within the retail industry.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.
