Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of litigation, including strategy, case management, and coordination with external legal teams.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, ensuring its interests are well-presented.
  • Resolve employment-related disputes through negotiation or litigation.
  • Provide legal guidance on labor laws, collective bargaining, and employee relations.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents related to labor and employment cases.
  • Ensure company policies align with labor laws, advising on necessary changes.
  • Engage with labor authorities to maintain compliance and address legal issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • The candidate should hold at least a Bachelor's or College Degree and a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
  • Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in litigation.
  • The candidate must be a strong team player with a high level of integrity and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
