Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of business matters within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel for specialized legal matters, as needed.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to guide the organization appropriately.
  • Support the organization in handling disputes, litigation, and other legal proceedings.
  • Ensure all business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide proactive legal solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10 years of experience in Post-Qualification Experience.
  • Experience in providing legal counsel within the renewable or construction industry.
  • Strong background working on top tier corporate law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable advice.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks.
