Our client is one of the world's most valuable luxury fashion retail brand. They have over a 100-year-old history and are market leaders in luxury fashion. As they continue to develop the business in Philippines, they are looking for a Mandarin speaking Luxury Sales Associate to join their boutique at a strategic location.

Job Description

You will report to the Store Manager, and your responsibility includes:

  • Ensuring smooth operations within the store
  • Performing day to day sales operations and client engagement
  • Working with team members for training and role-play
  • Serving customers with strong services
  • Up-keeping customer loyalty and execute CRM events
  • Following up with regular customers for more business development
  • Ensuring VM and store guidelines are according to the right standard
  • Meeting monthly sales objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • An entrepreneurship mentality and a sales-driven attitude, active listener & willingness to learn
  • Amenable to work on retail shift-hours and be based in the store
  • Familiarity with the luxury retail scene in the Philippines
  • Passionate about retail industry and has high awareness towards market, competitors and trends
  • Skilled in store operations, customer service, people management and training
  • Fluency in English, Filipino and Mandarin languages, required
  • International education and/or work experience, strongly preferred
