Manufacturing Manager (Carmona-based)

As a manufacturing manager, you will oversee the food production process, coordinating all production activities and operations. You will need to:

• Manages the operation of the production area to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are met
• Monitor food production process and adjust schedule as needed
• Report any faulty, damaged equipment or any potential hazard and organize repair if needed
• Offer solutions and recommend product and process improvement
• Ensure customer orders are completed on time
• Liaise with different departments and other companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times and promote safe working practices within the production area
• Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the team to high performance and making sure that the team is aligned and committed to common direction of the management
