Job Description

  • Accountable for driving marketing communication strategy, leading, planning and execution of all marketing initiatives to achieve the brand objectives.
  • Conceptualise, develop and execute consumer engagement strategies and omni-channel activities
  • Lead social Digital marketing planning and Communication management
  • Create social media campaigns & strategies to promote related content
  • Work closely with public relations, advertising, digital agencies
  • Analyse & leverage on market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape
  • Budget management

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally, Marketing Manager, Beauty will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a Marketing or Communication role within a retail / FMCG environment
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and consumer engagement
  • Shows strong personal interest within the beauty and personal care industry
  • Established network of customers, distributors, retailers, suppliers, press, advertising agencies, and other business partners
  • Proven ability to work in a lean, multi cultural and high performing environment
