A global leader in the beauty industry, historically known for its efforts in sustainability, diversity, and product innovation. The company is advancing its online presence and is seeking for a creative & effective Marketing Manager, Beauty to join the team.
- Accountable for driving marketing communication strategy, leading, planning and execution of all marketing initiatives to achieve the brand objectives.
- Conceptualise, develop and execute consumer engagement strategies and omni-channel activities
- Lead social Digital marketing planning and Communication management
- Create social media campaigns & strategies to promote related content
- Work closely with public relations, advertising, digital agencies
- Analyse & leverage on market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape
- Budget management
The Successful Applicant
- Ideally, Marketing Manager, Beauty will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a Marketing or Communication role within a retail / FMCG environment
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and consumer engagement
- Shows strong personal interest within the beauty and personal care industry
- Established network of customers, distributors, retailers, suppliers, press, advertising agencies, and other business partners
- Proven ability to work in a lean, multi cultural and high performing environment
