Align these activities with both short- and long-term business goals, strategies, action plans, P&L, and market spend, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop and manage effective communication briefs and plans, guiding agencies in creating promotional materials, media strategies, and their implementation. Direct research agencies in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.Activate the brand's essence and vision, ensuring that they are reflected across all initiatives.Regularly update and refine the consumer portrait and engagement funnel for the brand, ensuring it aligns with current market trends and consumer behaviors.Analyze the in-store environment and contribute to category strategy. Define the brand's desired pricing structure and provide recommendations for pricing and promotional strategies. Propose SKUs for key channels and customers to enhance brand visibility and sales.Ensure a consumer-centric approach, applying innovation levers to continuously improve the product offering. Contribute to the innovation pipeline and execute relevant renovations to maintain brand vibrancy.Play an active role in developing and executing a strong, functionally aligned brand plan. Monitor performance metrics, brand health, and strategic alignment to ensure goals are met.Collaborate on the development and execution of engagement strategies, creating relevant and memorable brand experiences.
