Job Description

  • Build and execute localized marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive sustainable business performance.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns covering product launches, seasonal initiatives, and brand storytelling.
  • Manage digital and social media strategy, including content planning, performance monitoring, and audience engagement.
  • Oversee updates to website and e‑commerce marketing content to support traffic, conversion, and campaign relevance.
  • Lead public relations efforts through agency coordination, media relations, press activities, and influencer partnerships.
  • Manage ambassadors, athletes, and key opinion leaders to amplify brand messaging and consumer reach.
  • Plan and execute retail and community activations such as store openings, grassroots sports events, and experiential programs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to guide marketing decisions and optimizations.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective investment allocation and maximizing return on spend.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years' experience in brand, retail, or trade marketing; sporting goods or lifestyle retail experience is a strong advantage.
  • Solid background in integrated marketing, digital strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Analytical thinker with experience extracting insights from data and applying them to strategic decisions.
  • Skilled at managing agencies, influencers, athletes, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Passion for sports, movement, and an active lifestyle.
