Marketing Manager will take lead in driving total brand growth strategies for Philippines. You will need to plan and execute marketing strategy, identify business opportunities, create, initiate and implement campaigns.
Establish key relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
Highly strategic and commercial role with A&P and P&L accountability.
You will be hands-on in leading a small team and working closely with regional and global offices.
The Successful Applicant
Proven track record in achieving results in a lean org structure, within an FMCG company.
- 8+ years experience in marketing or brand management role
- High performer with a track record of continuous progression
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on in both planning & execution
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude
