Job Description

● Reporting: Report on marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations to the HQ team

● Strategy Implementation: set up an effective marketing strategy in the Philippines market. Analyze market trends and competitors to localize marketing tactics and strategies.

● Coaching & Training: Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team, ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to company growth. Ensure the team's adherence to marketing processes and guidelines for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role.

● Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.

● Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms.

● Strong understanding of marketing techniques, tools, and trends.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficiency in marketing software and tools.

● Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Ability to manage budgets and drive ROI.

● Willingness to travel.

● Results-driven with a focus on data and analytics.
