Job Description

  • Research, identify, and assess potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives, target market, and product offerings.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including negotiations, contract development, and execution of partnership agreements.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that outlines clear goals, KPIs, and a roadmap for collaboration, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute joint marketing campaigns, co-branded content, and promotional activities to drive lead generation, client acquisition, engagement and brand development
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Effectively communicate partnership initiatives, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. Manage the budget allocated to partnership initiatives and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing partnerships or business development in a B2B/SaaS or technology-focused environment.
  • Has a existing network wether business or government - LGUs, DTI
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive partnership plans.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Willingness to travel (if required).
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and detail orientation.
  • Ability to plan and work with a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • A self-starter, able to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Dynamic and proactive, passionate to learn new things, and able to adapt to new challenges.
  • A passion for technology, SaaS, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
