It's a chance to make a meaningful impact on the future of business and technology while growing professionally in a dynamic environment.Job Description● Research, identify, and assess potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives, target market, and product offerings.● Establish and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including negotiations, contract development, and execution of partnership agreements.● Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that outlines clear goals, KPIs, and a roadmap for collaboration, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.● Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute joint marketing campaigns, co-branded content, and promotional activities to drive lead generation, client acquisition, engagement and brand development.● Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.● Effectively communicate partnership initiatives, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.● Manage the budget allocated to partnership initiatives and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.The Successful Applicant● Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.● 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing partnerships or business development in a B2B/SaaS or technology-focused environment.● Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English is a must.● Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.● Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive partnership plans.● Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.● Willingness to travel (if required).● Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.● Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and detail orientation.● Ability to plan and work with a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables.● Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).● A self-starter, able to work independently and as a part of a team.● Dynamic and proactive, passionate to learn new things, and able to adapt to new challenges.● A passion for technology, SaaS, and staying up-to-date with industry trendsWhat's on OfferThey are a talented and hardworking team on a mission to empower SMEs through digitization.
