Job Description

1. Medical Strategy & Leadership



  • Develop and execute the medical affairs strategy aligned with corporate objectives.


  • Provide scientific and medical insights to support product launches, marketing initiatives, and patient access programs.



2. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) & Stakeholder Engagement



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals (HCPs), regulatory agencies, and industry partners.


  • Represent the company at scientific conferences, advisory boards, and medical forums.


  • Lead scientific discussions, clinical education programs, and medical training for internal and external stakeholders.



3. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight



  • Ensure all medical and promotional activities comply with local and international healthcare regulations


  • Serve as the medical expert in regulatory submissions, pharmacovigilance, and risk management.


  • Lead internal medical governance, compliance audits, and ethical review processes.



4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Commercial Support



  • Work closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial, and R&D teams to drive evidence-based decision-making.


  • Provide medical insights to support sales, marketing, and product management teams in developing scientific messaging and engagement strategies.


  • Offer medical training and scientific guidance to commercial teams to ensure compliant and impactful interactions with HCPs.

The Successful Applicant

Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent); board certification in Infectious Diseases, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Cardiology, or related field is preferred.
15+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or Medical Leadership within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of clinical research, drug development, regulatory requirements, and pharmacovigilance.
✅ Proven ability to engage KOLs, scientific communities, and regulatory authorities.
✅ Experience leading medical teams, cross-functional collaborations, and compliance initiatives.
✅ Excellent communication, scientific writing, and leadership skills.
