Job Description

  • Provide medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of affordable, quality healthcare services.
  • Interpret clinical data and provide guidance on its use for the development and improvement of our health tech offerings.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices. ● Serve as the clinical liaison to provide medical insights, ensuring our products are designed with the highest standards of patient care in mind. ● Oversee the integration of new clinical services or offerings, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with regulatory and operations teams to ensure our health tech products meet all necessary regulations and standards.
  • Participate in business development and strategic planning activities, including proposals and presentations to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the company in matters pertaining to clinical operations, patient safety, and medical efficacy.

The Successful Applicant

  • MD degree from an accredited institution with a current medical license in good standing. ● Board certification in an appropriate specialty preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with a substantial portion of that experience in leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with health tech industry standards, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience in a start-up or fast-paced growth environment is a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience in strategic planning and business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of health tech systems, including electronic medical records (EMRs) and telemedicine platforms
