Job Description

  • Curate and source pharmaceutical products, establish supplier partnerships, and introduce innovative products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze customer data to target high-demand, high-margin products.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, monitor performance, and collaborate with finance on profit targets.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and availability.
  • Optimize inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and stay updated on industry regulations and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in merchandising or product management in the pharmaceutical/FMCG sector.
  • Proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in market analysis, pricing strategy, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership, communication, data analysis skills, and knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and trends.
