Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end sales execution, from outbound prospecting to deal closure
  • Actively generate and qualify outbound leads using digital channels and targeted account strategies
  • Build, manage, and convert a robust mid‑market sales pipeline
  • Drive commercial conversations, presentations, and negotiations in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Close deals in a high‑tempo sales environment with short sales cycles
  • Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities beyond inbound demand
  • Apply analytical judgement to prioritize prospects and maximize conversion
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and revenue forecasting through CRM tools
  • Take accountability for results and consistently deliver against sales targets

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management with a strong new‑business focus
  • Experience in digital sales, inside sales, or remote client acquisition environments
  • Demonstrated ability to create outbound pipelines and close competitively
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, performance‑driven organisations
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong familiarity with the Indonesian market; candidates who have lived, worked, or studied in Indonesia have a clear advantage
  • Employment history showing at least one tenure of 2 years or more in a sales role, demonstrating commitment and resilience
