Our client is a multinational company specializing in offering power tools globally.

Job Description

  • Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute promotional events and campaigns, building brand visibility and market share for assigned accounts.
  • Work with the Demand Planning team to ensure accurate product forecasts are aligned with sales goals and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with assigned accounts, providing ongoing support and fostering communication.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
  • Track and assess sales performance to ensure alignment with targets, making adjustments as needed to achieve goals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports that highlight performance, opportunities, risks, and potential improvements.
  • Address and resolve any customer or distributor issues, including product inquiries, marketing programs, order fulfillment, deliveries, invoicing, and payment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any operational or customer service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.



The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, particularly in modern trade or retail.
  • Strong results orientation with a proactive, self-driven approach to managing workload.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to negotiate, sell, and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data, track sales trends, and make data-driven decisions.
