Job Description

Stakeholder Management

  • Take charge in collaborating with different business units to synergize sales targets
  • Work closely with principal company and area distribution partners to ensure business goals are met



Training and Development

  • This role will handle 4 RSM and would need to ensure continous development to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities



Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the distribution team and regularly assess performance against targets.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to monitor sales trends, identify opportunities, and address challenges in the distribution network.



Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for expansion within the national market.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted strategies that capitalize on market insights.

The Successful Applicant

  • You have at least 10 years of sales experience in a consumer goods company
  • Must have experience in both general trade and modern trade, with specialization to downline channles
  • Well versed in account management and route to market strategies,
