Job Description



  • Drive sales and customer growth across retail stores by optimizing product placement and acquisition strategies.


  • Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, addressing issues to ensure satisfaction.


  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, prepare detailed reports and forecasts, and adapt strategies based on market dynamics.


  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business execution.


  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear goals and driving continuous improvement.


  • Oversee sales enablement initiatives, including in-store training, OEM collaboration, marketing campaigns, and data-driven insights.


  • Stay updated on trends in mobile financing and fin tech to identify opportunities for product and business enhancement.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.


  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in fintech, mobile, consumer electronics, financial services, or telecom.


  • Strong background in sales leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management, with a track record of driving growth and market expansion in the financial sector.
