Job Description

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Channel Management: Oversee and optimize different sales channels to ensure efficient market penetration and sales performance.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Key Account & Stakeholder Management: Engage with C-suite executives, hospital boards, and key decision-makers to strengthen partnerships.
  • Business Expansion & Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
  • People & Culture Leadership: Foster a results-driven and purpose-led culture that aligns with the company's values.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 years of sales management experience in the medical device industry.
  • Strong expertise in sales team leadership, distributor management, and channel optimization.
  • Proven ability in business expansion, change management, and strategic planning.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives and key account management (KAM).
  • Must be a visionary leader with a track record of delivering results in a competitive market.
