Job Description

The National Sales Manager's responsibilities include:

  • Analyze the competitive dynamics of the category, including market boundaries.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the client's brand.
  • Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of key competitors.
  • Understand consumer behavior to develop a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that drives profitable growth and cash flow.
  • Focus on developing the business by identifying and leveraging new opportunities for sales and market share growth.
  • Lead a team of 4 to drive growth and expansion



The Successful Applicant

The National Sales Manager has:

  • Relevant functional experience (min 8 years in Managerial Position) in an international FMCG/Pharmaceutical (consumer) company
  • Solid experience in people management
  • Advanced analytical and decision-making skills
