Job Description

  • Manage the entire order-to-cash cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve client payment issues.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to O2C operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C process.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external audits related to O2C.

The Successful Applicant

A successful O2C Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in the order-to-cash process in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and related financial software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
