Job Description

  • Support organizational development and talent management initiatives in alignment with the company's goals.
  • Analyze and manage data to ensure accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address talent development needs.
  • Provide coordination and project management support for HR-related programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Develop and utilize reports and dashboards using tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
  • Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful OD & Talent Management Officer should have:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
