Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of systems and facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage and lead a team of technical staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on objectives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for operations and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee procurement of necessary tools, equipment, and materials for operations and maintenance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful O&M Manager should have:

  • A degree or qualification in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing operations and maintenance within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
