Key Responsibilities

  • Drive metrics and business model innovation of AI operations
  • Implement/ Improve upon standardized processes given existing products for Customer Onboarding Process Optimization
  • Train Team Lead and Operators on Customer Processes (Troubleshooting, Edge Case Mapping)
  • Communicate learnings from Onboarding for Product Optimization

The Successful Applicant

Key Qualifications

  • Technology operations and account management background
  • 1-2 Years of supply chain experience
  • Experience with B2B customer onboarding, preferred

  • Experience in training and documentation of processes

  • Fast learner with ability to quickly understand operational problems
