The Operations Director will be responsible for leading the expansion and overseeing the efficient operations and profitability of all stores. This role also takes lead in achieving highest level of customer service and experience through innovation and excellence in all aspects of operations.

Job Description

  • Contributes to the overall strategy in all aspects of Business Operations.
  • Develops and controls operational budgets for profitability and resource management.
  • Audits and presents sales reports; ensures accurate financial records.
  • Spearheads process improvements and reviews store operations.
  • Ensures compliance with regulations and efficient stock management.
  • Conducts store visits, audits, and Quality Assurance inspections.
  • Liaises with stakeholders and reviews customer and employee experiences.
  • Oversees store openings, maintenance, and emergency systems.
  • Delivers regular PnL reviews and audits store properties for compliance.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Operations Director candidate must have:

At least 8 years of experience and career growth withinin restaurant operations

Customer service- oriented attitude

Confidence to lead and direct

Numerical and analytical knowledge
