Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operations and act as a point of contact
  • Ensure the growth of the partnership with the client and support growth across current and new sites
  • Ensure clients operating/business model is effectively rolled out
  • Delivery financials expectations (forecast, budget planning, meeting gross profit target)
  • Actively lead client and site meetings
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovations

The Successful Applicant

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering course; professionals with MS/PHD is a plus
  • At least 10 years of experience in food services
  • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of practices and policies involved in operations
  • Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma, TPM, HPWS, IL6S, or Kaizen is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
