Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations and act as a point of contact
- Ensure the growth of the partnership with the client and support growth across current and new sites
- Ensure clients operating/business model is effectively rolled out
- Delivery financials expectations (forecast, budget planning, meeting gross profit target)
- Actively lead client and site meetings
- Drive continuous improvement and innovations
The Successful Applicant
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering course; professionals with MS/PHD is a plus
- At least 10 years of experience in food services
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of practices and policies involved in operations
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma, TPM, HPWS, IL6S, or Kaizen is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
