Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong evidence of achievement of personal and business objectives in line with set priority and time frames
  • Strong leadership skills matched with management capability to ensure clear focus to drive results
  • Personal integrity and passion for achievement. High energy and resilience
  • Track record in operation management with driving improvement across all areas of responsibility including people capability, financial performance and cost reduction
  • Experience in a multinational working environment with strong focus on the Philippines
  • Experience in packaging/printing/food industry a plus



The Successful Applicant

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated success in a production/operation leadership role in the Philippines
  • 5 years minimum experience leading in operational/production management
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing a team for success
  • Sound commercial acumen and demonstrated experience in effective strategic planning and implementation
  • Experience in packaging/printing or affiliated industries aligned with food and beverage
  • Experience with being remotely managed
