Operations Manager (Pampanga)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduction Operations Management

*Oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, schedules, quality standards and cost efficiency

objectives are achieved.

* Monitors operational performance, including productivity, reject rates, and material utilization, and strict adherence to

approved recipes and production specification, addresses production issues promptly to minimize waste

and maintain operational efficiency.

Operational Coordination

* Coordinates production activities across departments to ensure operational efficiency and continuity.

* Works closely with Production Managers, R&I, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing

operations.

Operational Performance & Efficiency

* Monitors key production metrics including productivity, efficiency, yield, and operational costs.

* Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and supports continuous improvement initiatives, including the

review and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure strict adherence to approved recipes,

product quality standards, food safety requirements, and efficient production processes.

Team Leadership and Leadership Development

* Provides leadership and guidance to production supervisors and operational staff.

* Ensures adherence to operational procedures, safety standards, and workforce productivity expectations.

* Demonstrates leadership by example while developing operational leadership capability within production

teams, identifying leadership skill gaps and implementing targeted coaching and development initiatives to strengthen

supervisory effectiveness and production leadership.

* Strengthens operational management practices across manufacturing units by promoting leadership accountability,

consistent management standards, and continuous development.

Operational Leadership Support

* Works in close alignment with the Senior Assistant General Manager and the Assistant General Manager - Operations

& Innovation to implementing operational strategies, priorities, and initiatives across the manufacturing organization.

Other Responsibilities

* Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Senior Assistant General Manager and

the Assistant General Manager - Operations & Innovation in support of operational and strategic objectives.

Decision Authority

The Senior Operations Manager provides recommendations and coordinates operational actions in consultation with the Senior

Assistant General Manager and the Assistant General Manager - Operations & Innovation, including:

* Daily production operational adjustments

* Production scheduling coordination

* Workforce deployment across production lines

* Operational troubleshooting and improvement initiatives

Strategic production decisions, operational restructuring, and major resource allocations are subject to review and approval by

the Senior Assistant General Manager and the Assistant General Manager - Operations & Innovation.
