Job Description

  • Provides comprehensive leadership over all functions of the manufacturing plant in the Philippines, encompassing production, maintenance and facilities, planning, quality assurance, customer service, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Ensures optimal use of operational systems to maintain quality standards and control production costs by directing the appropriate teams.
  • Drives operations to achieve maximum efficiency while staying within budget, meeting established targets for quality and output.
  • Holds overall accountability for operational and expense budgeting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Packaging or F&B Manufacturing Industry
  • Demonstrated success in a production/operation leadership role
  • Experience of improvement style
  • Multinational company set up / experience
