The client is a leading multinational Technology company setting up a shared service in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Establish and oversee the global P2P process
  • Manage process migration to the global shared service
  • Support of optimization of the integration with the contracting and purchasing processes
  • Understand core business values and implement governance policies and systems for the Purchase to Pay
  • Internal quality audit
  • People management
  • Stakeholder management

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
  • CPA required.
  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Operational Finance
  • At least 5 years experience in Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable
  • Experience setting up a global shared service center
  • Experience leading a team
  • Amenable to a hybrid setup in BGC
