Job Description

  • Liase with both internal & external stakeholders to build relationships
  • Analyze & create new strategies for the team and ensure that KPIs are met by the clients
  • Keep partner performance on track in terms of growth opportunities and liase to find the best solutions in order to optimize operations
  • Develop a solid understanding of the development space and key opportunities in the market
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify top prospective client accounts where the company can add new value
  • Onboard new partners, manage project plan and support partnership launch
  • Lead cross functional teams through repeatable design and implementation processes
  • Build and maintain internal alignment on partnerships strategy and delivery model
  • Ensure the company stays current on trends and opportunities to repurpose innovation within the industry

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years work experience in sales & business development, consulting, or key account management
  • Experience within the eCommerce/Digital Retail Industry is preferred
  • Previous experience as Client Development Lead or other is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, strong writing and presentation skills
  • Resilient and adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable interacting with senior business leaders and leading strategic discussions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on personally executing at the highest levels
  • Demonstrated experience working with corporate executives and external partners to negotiate and execute on complex, multi-year partnerships
  • Experience making effective, fact-based decisions with data, and the ability to obtain data from market and customer research to make those decisions
  • Business degree from a well-recognized university preferred
  • Based in Manila, Philippines
