Job Description

  • Oversee employee services and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Support the Human Resources team in managing employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Address employee concerns and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and manage HR records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and talent management needs.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in employee services.
  • Assist in the development of company policies and procedures to support organizational growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Services Supervisor should have:

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the life science industry or a similar field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employee services, HR policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools to manage records and reports.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
