About Our Client

The company is a multinational manufacturing organization. Office is based in Batangas.

Job Description

  • Lead plant-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, and production variance analysis
  • Partner with operations and supply chain to manage inventory and cost drivers
  • Ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and ERP data integrity

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:Non‑Negotiables:

  • CPA licensure
  • At least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including 5 years in a finance leadership or business partnering role
  • Strong background in cost accounting, variance analysis, and budget control
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capability



Good‑to‑Haves:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
  • Experience as a Plant Controller or similar manufacturing finance role
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
