Plant Engineering Manager (Pampanga)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduction Management:

• Develop and implement production procedures, plans to meet customer demand and company objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Injection and Blow Molding processes, ensuring efficiency and optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance production processes.

Quality Control:

• Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure the production of defect-free products.
• Implement and manage quality assurance programs, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Investigate and address root causes of quality issues, working closely with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain QMS documentation (ISO, FSSC, GMP & Halal) of quality standards, procedures, and specifications.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of production and quality professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct initial and regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the production and quality teams.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of injection and blow molding machines.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Cost Management:

• Monitor and control production costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
• Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage budgets related to production and quality control.
