Job Description

  • Develop and implement process control systems to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize workflows.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Conduct regular testing and calibration of equipment to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Control Engineer should have:

  • Experience in high-voltage systems and power distribution, including electrical safety
  • protocols
  • Troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial electrical
  • equipment (e.g., transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, motors)
  • Familiarity with motor controls, PLC-based automation, and industrial control systems
  • Experience with instrumentation, sensor calibration, and process monitoring
  • Experience in machine design, fabrication, and integration for production-ready
  • equipment
  • Experience in HVAC control systems, including building/facility automation
  • Knowledge of process scale-up and optimization to improve efficiency, yield, and
  • consistency in mass production
