About Our Client

Our client is a leading multinational company in EMS.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
  • Assess processes, simulations, take measurements and interpret data
  • Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
  • Manage cost, time constraints, and risk
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions



The Successful Applicant

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor of Science course in ECE, ME, ECE, CoE, or IE
  • Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Set-up and industry standards such as IPC
  • Exposed to full turnkey business model, change management, and ISO audits
  • 3 years of experience in Engineering function on SMT, PCB Assembly, COB, Automotive Electronics, Semicon or Power Module.
