Job Description

The Job Description of the Process Manager are as follows:

  • Lead, design, and implement strategic initiatives within the Consultancy, Strategy & Change department.
  • Manage and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of objectives and goals.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of implemented strategies.
  • Facilitate change management in line with organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Manager should have:

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma minimum Greenbelt level required
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt is a plus
  • Strong prioritization, planning, and project management skills for handling multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to structure problems, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong ambition to drive process and cultural change with the confidence to challenge authority.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills to coach and motivate teams.
  • Proactive mindset with strong execution capabilities and a results-driven approach.
  • Expertise in process management.
