Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Process Manager are the following:

  • Carry out and coordinate projects across all countries, functions, or domains in a multidisciplinary project team to improve end-to-end processes.
  • Oversee project progress, coaching and supporting the team to achieve tangible results.
  • Engage with all organizational layers, from operations to management.
  • Act as a sparring partner for senior management, identifying new opportunities and potential projects.
  • Connect with expertise in the COO network on sourcing, analytics, business controls, and risks to maximize value.
  • Develop global standards for wide-scale adoption, focusing on topics like digitalization, process leadership, and operational management.
  • Increase process craftsmanship through the Process Management Academy by providing training and coaching junior experts.
  • Stimulate a process management and improvement mindset through the Process Management community by sharing best practices, success stories, and benefits of process management.

The Successful Applicant

These are the qualifications of a successful candidate for the Process Manager position are:

Skills needed:

  • Coordination and project management skills for managing multiple initiatives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven solutions and root cause analysis
  • Willingness to drive process and cultural change, with the confidence to challenge authority
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills for working with management and operational teams
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff



Background and working experience:

  • Excellent academic background (university master's degree)
  • 3-10 years of relevant experience in process design, measurement, and improvement, working in a global organization
  • 1-3 years of experience in coaching colleagues on process improvement and personal development
