Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor onboarding, and supplier performance management
  • Develop and implement procurement policies, controls, and supplier audit processes
  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing, service levels, and contract terms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Finance, and business units to ensure effective procurement execution
  • Drive vendor relationship management and build a strong supplier pipeline
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews and audits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Lead should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience with strong focus on procurement and vendor management
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and managing large-scale supplier portfolios
  • Exposure to fast-paced industries such as fintech, FMCG, or digital businesses is preferred
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of integrity with strong risk and compliance awareness
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
